Program Description

EnduCap" aims to increase both aerobic and anaerobic endurance. The session includes a mix of high-intensity interval training, prolonged endurance exercises, and strength endurance exercises (e.g., KB swings, DB snatches,…). So, "looooong", tough workouts.
