Program Description

Looking to specifically build strength? For that, we have the STRENGTH program. The programs are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 


This program offers you maximum flexibility because you can do it on any day and at any time on your own. For each exercise, there are explanations and a video showing the correct execution of the exercise.


Sign up (does not deduct a session) and track your results so you can visualize your development and have an overview of the different exercises.
